N.C.Q.C. facilitates communication among quilt groups, shop owners, and coordinates a master calendar of guild quilting evens in Northern California. Quarterly meetings are held in January, April, July and October. They begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Pleasant Hill Community Center, 320 Civic Drive, Pleasant Hill.
